Box Office: April 26-28, 2013: PAIN AND GAIN, OBLIVION, 42

Box Office April 26-28, 2013. Pain and Gain premiered in Number One spot at the box office over the weekend with $20 Million. Oblivion was Second with $17.4 Million. 42 was Third with $10.7 Million. The Big Wedding premiered in Fourth with $7.5 Million. The Croods was Fifth with $6.6 Million for $163 Million so far. G.I. Joe: Retaliation, Scary Movie 5, Olympus Has Fallen, The Place Beyond the Pines, and Jurassic Park 3D rounded out the top ten respectively.

Pain & Gain is a film based on a true story written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely and directed by Michael Bay. The film is based on a 1999 series of Miami New Times articles surrounding the brutal kidnapping, extortion, torture, and murder of several victims by an organized group of criminals that included a number of bodybuilders

The Big Wedding, previously The Wedding, is a 2013 comedy film directed by Justin Zackham. It is an American remake of the original 2006 French film Mon frère se marie written by Jean-Stéphane Bron and Karine Sudan. It stars a large ensemble cast including Robert De Niro, Katherine Heigl, Diane Keaton, Amanda Seyfried, Topher Grace, Ben Barnes, Susan Sarandon, and Robin Williams.
