Angel Has Fallen premiered in the Number One spot at the box office over the weekend with $25.4 Million for $108 Million in the United States.

Good Boys was Second at the box office over the weekend with $11.7 Million.

Overcomer premiered in Third Place at the box office with $8.2 Million in the United States.

The Lion King was Fourth at the box office with $8.1 Million for $510.6 Million in the United States. Worldwide, The Lion King has made $1.5 Billion so far.

Hobbs & Shaw was Fifth at the box office over the weekend with $8.1 Million for $147.7 Million in the United States. Worldwide, Hobbs & Shaw has made $588 Million so far.

Ready or Not (which premiered this weekend), The Angry Birds Movie 2, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Dora and the Lost City of Gold, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood rounded out the Top Ten respectively.

Angel Has Fallen is a 2019 American action thriller film directed by Ric Roman Waugh, starring Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman in the lead roles, with Jada Pinkett Smith, Lance Reddick, Tim Blake Nelson, Piper Perabo, Nick Nolte and Danny Huston in supporting roles. It is the third installment in the Fallen film series, following Olympus Has Fallen (2013) and London Has Fallen (2016). The film follows United States Secret Service agent Mike Banning, who must race against time to clear his name after being framed for an attack on the US President, Allan Trumbull.

Overcomer is a 2019 American Christian drama film directed by Alex Kendrick, who co-wrote the script with Stephen Kendrick.

Ready or Not is a 2019 American black comedy horror thriller film directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett from a screenplay by Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy. The film stars Samara Weaving as a newlywed who becomes hunted by her spouse’s family as part of their wedding night ritual. Mark O’Brien portrays her husband, with Adam Brody, Henry Czerny and Andie MacDowell as his family.

The Kitchen is a 2019 American crime drama film written and directed by Andrea Berloff, in her directorial debut. The film is based on the Vertigo comic book miniseries of the same name by Ollie Masters and Ming Doyle. The film stars an ensemble cast, featuring Melissa McCarthy, Tiffany Haddish, and Elisabeth Moss as the wives of Irish mobsters who take over organized crime operations in the 1970s in New York City’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood after the FBI arrests their husbands. The film also features Domhnall Gleeson, James Badge Dale, Brian d’Arcy James, with Margo Martindale, Common, and Bill Camp in supporting roles.
