Box Office / Weekend of May 16-18

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian topped the box office this weekend with $56.5 Million. In second place was Iron Man with $31.2 Million. After three weeks of release, Iron Man has made over $222.4 Million domestically. Third was What Happens in Vegas with $13.5 Million. Fourth was Speed Racer with $7.6 Million. Since Speed Racer cost $120 Million to make, not including marketing costs, it does not look as though the film is on track to recoup its budget in theaters. Baby Mama, Made of Honor, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay, The Forbidden Kingdom and The Visitor rounded out the top ten respectively.
