Netflix‘s Cobra Kai: Season 3 Release Date Teaser has been released and ahead of the new season’s airing, Netflix has renewed Cobra Kai  for a Fourth Season. Cobra Kai stars Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Xolo Maridueña, Courtney Henggeler, Tanner Buchanan, Mary Mouser, Christopher Cocke, Chris Gann, Bobby Hernandez, Bryan Hibbard, and Marcelle LeBlanc.

What we know about Season 3 of Cobra Kai:

Little is known about Season 3’s plot at the moment, though it has been confirmed that Daniel will return to Okinawa, Japan (meaning that we could see the return of Karate Kid Part II characters such as Kumiko and Chozen). Speculation on Season 3’s plot has theorized to likely follow up on Miguel’s injury, Kreese’s takeover of the Cobra Kai Dojo (along with the potential for Terry Silver to make an appearance) Ali’s rekindled friendship with Johnny, and Johnny’s relationship with Carmen. According to Martin Kove, Season 3 will be learning more about John Kreese’s past during his time in Vietnam, of how he became a ruthless sensei and possibly learning his childhood. There will also most likely be a dilemma with Johnny being torn between helping the boy who believed in him and the son he failed.

Series Plot Synopsis

Cobra Kai‘s plot synopsis: “In the highly-anticipated return of two iconic characters, the arch-rivals from the legendary Karate Kid film series reunite over 30 years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament. Now living in the affluent hills of Encino, Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) leads an enviable life with his beautiful family, while running a successful string of car dealerships throughout the valley. Meanwhile, his high school adversary, Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka), whose life has taken a rocky turn, seeks redemption by reopening the infamous Cobra Kai karate dojo. Their lives inevitably become intertwined and the rivalry is reignited, setting forth the next generation of “karate kids” in Cobra Kai.”
