The CW President Teases More ARROW and THE FLASH Spin-Offs

Arrow The Flash

The CW President Sees More Spin-offs from Arrow and The Flash. The CW already has two superhero shows Arrow and The Flash with the idea of a share universe between the two but can this world grow with more heroes? CW President Mark Pedowitz thinks seems to think so.

AdWeek spoke with Mark Pedowitz on potential spin-offs coming from both Arrow and The Flash, in which he said, “What you’ll see embedded in Flash and Arrow is that we’ll have the ability to test characters out. Is there room to grow them into the next show? I cannot tell you yet. There are discussions going on.”

Birds of Prey Arrow

Arrow already introduced The Flash during season 2 with the character having his own spin-off coming out in October. Other superheroes that were introduced in Arrow included Black Canary and the Huntress. However, it doesn’t seem likely that we may see another spin-off with Black Canary since she’s part of Arrow, but Huntress seems like a likely candidate. Maybe another Birds of Prey series based on the females of the show?

Suicide Squad Arrow

There has been talk that the Suicide Squad, which was introduced in Season 2 could become their own show in the form of a miniseries. There was even discussions about bringing the originator of the Mirakuru Hourman into a series. Geoff John hinted at having Wonder Woman possibly entering the Arrow universe after the Amazon pilot was scrapped. So what do you think of having more DC–based spin-offs?
