Fences Trailer 2

The second movie trailer for Fences (2016) has been released by Paramount Pictures. The first trailer for Fences was a tantalizing examination of a dysfunctional relationship between father and son. This trailer elaborates on that relationship but expands things. The viewer is shown more of Troy Maxson (Denzel Washington)’s dynamic with his wife Rose Maxson (Viola Davis), his friends, and neighbors.

Troy seems like a man of unfulfilled dreams, sorrow, anger, and regret. This may be one of Washington’s best performances.

Fences also Mykelti Williamson, Saniyya Sidney, Stephen Henderson, Jovan Adepo, Dontez James, Toussaint Raphael Abessolo, Christopher Mele, Cecily Lewis, Malik Abdul Khaaliq, Tra’Waan Coles, and Russell Hornsby.
