| Plot Synopsis: |
Made over 22 years by a multi-generational family team led by director Cameron S. Mitchell, this documentary investigates Aktion T4, the Nazi program that killed more than 300,000 disabled people between 1939 and 1941. It traces how the program's methods and staff fed the wider Holocaust, why most perpetrators escaped punishment, and why a memorial came so late.
