HBO Max‘s Gossip Girl (2021) has released a list of actors, character names, personality traits, and TV show photographs. The lead actors in the reboot TV series will be: Jordan Alexander, Whitney Peak, Thomas Doherty, Evan Mock, Eli Brown, Tavi Gevinson, Emily Alyn Lind, Zion Moreno, and Savannah Smith.

Plot Synopsis

Gossip Girl‘s plot synopsis: based on the book by Cecily von Ziegesar, “Eight years after the original website went dark, a new generation of New York private school teens are introduced to the social surveillance of Gossip Girl. The prestige series will address just how much social media — and the landscape of New York itself — has changed in the intervening years.”

Crew

Joshua Safran will write the screenplays for Gossip Girl, as he did with the original TV series. Karena Evans will direct the first two episodes of the TV series.
