[The film features] a cameo by Hemingway’s granddaughter, Mariel Hemingway. “PAPA: Hemingway In Cuba” was shot on location in Havana and inside Hemingway’s estate, Finca Vigia. It is the first Hollywood film to be shot in Cuba since 1959.

This film looks interesting, chiefly because of the happy then turbulent relationship between Petitclerc and Hemingway. Petitclerc actually wrote the script for this film.

Papa Hemingway in Cuba also stars James Remar,  Shaun Toub, Anthony Molinari, Jake Elliott, Daniel Travis, Chad Roberts, Innis Casey, Frank Licari, Rodrigo Obregón, and Karen Beyer.
