Plot Synopsis

Riders of Justice‘s plot synopsis: “Markus, a deployed military man, has to go home to his teenage daughter, Mathilde, when his wife dies in a tragic train accident. It seems to be plain bad luck – but it turns out that it might have been a carefully orchestrated assassination, which his wife ended up being a random casualty of.”

More on the film:

The Danish-language offbeat thriller stars Mads Mikkelsen (Doctor Strange, Hannibal) as a hard-line military man who returns home to care for his teenage daughter after his wife is murdered in a horrifying train bombing. While joining forces with a sympathetic passenger who was riding on the train that day, Mikkelsen’s character wants to exact revenge on those responsible for his wife’s murder. He devises an impulsive plan that requires plenty of guns, but not a lot of good judgment.
