Salvation Sneak Peek Videos From CBS

Five sneak peek videos for Salvation (2017) have been released by CBS. The five videos are basically feature a domino effect when knowledge of a asteroid about to hit Earth in less than a year gets out. The videos set up some of the key characters in this TV series, specifically the genius inventory (Santiago Cabrera), one of his M.I.T. students (Charlie Rowe), and a government official (Jennifer Finnigan).

One question that has not been and will not be addressed until future seasons of Salvation: how will the suspense (from the first season) be maintained over multiple seasons? Will the asteroid always be coming to hit Earth, over multiple seasons?

Salvation‘s plot plot synopsis: “Salvation is a suspense thriller that centers on a staggering discovery: an enormous asteroid is just six months away from colliding with Earth. Without alerting the public, MIT grad student Liam Cole and tech billionaire Darius Tanz team up to save humanity from this impending apocalypse.

Keeping it secret will complicate life for Liam and those closest to him. Meanwhile, the government has its own approach. Grace Barrows is both the Pentagon Press Secretary and a single mom, and she deftly navigates the complicated waters of both jobs. Deputy Secretary of Defense Harris Edwards has been tasked with running their own top-secret plan to deflect the asteroid.”

Salvation also stars Jacqueline Byers, Rachel Drance, Shazi Raja, and Ian Anthony Dale.
