Mark Verheiden and Gary Dauberman will write the screenplays for the series.

Len Wiseman will direct the pilot episode.

Thoughts

Unless the horror aspects of this series are turned up high, I do not think it is going to do as well as Titans or Doom Patrol. Swamp Thing seems like a human drama set in a swamp mixed with science, the supernatural, and horror. This could be brilliant if done right à la The Walking Dead.
