National Geographic‘s The Hot Zone (2019) TV mini-series trailer stars Julianna Margulies, Topher Grace, Liam Cunningham, Grace Gummer, and Noah Emmerich. The Hot Zone‘s plot synopsis: based on the book by Richard Preston, “In 1989, Ebola landed on U.S. soil. After appearing in a research lab in D.C., a heroic U.S. Army scientist put her life on the line to prevent an outbreak.

Inspired by true events, based on the eponymous international best-seller by Richard Preston, and starring Golden Globe and Emmy-Award Winner Julianna Margulies, THE HOT ZONE premieres this Memorial Day.”
