Tron Legacy Movie Trailer

The Tron Legacy Movie Trailer has premiered online. Tron Legacy is directed by Joseph Kosinski and stars Garrett Hedlund, Jeff Bridges, Bruce Boxleitner, Olivia Wilde, Michael Sheen, and Beau Garett. Tron Legacy synopsis: “Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges), looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin’s loyal confidante (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous”. Very cool movie trailer. Much better than the 2009 ComicCon Tron Legacy test footage and even better representation of the film than the first Tron Legacy photo and movie poster for the film showed. If the cyber world was so dangerous, why would Flynn pull his son into it? Wouldn’t he instruct him to stay away?

Regardless, the technology has for sure caught up with the ambition of the original film and then some. Looks great. Should look even better in 3D. Tron Legacy opens December 17, 2010.
