TV Review: True Blood: Season 2, Ep. 5: Never Let Me Go

True Blood: Season 2, Ep. 5: Never Let Me Go was one of my favorite episodes of True Blood this season. We finally got to learn about Erik’s past, which encompassed one of the best flash backs of the series. It was bloody, intriguing, and well shot.  What made it more authentic was that the characters actual spoke Norse to each other, much like the brief sequence at the beginning of Outlander. The Inca tatoos (a guess) were a nice touch on Godric. I hope he is added to the roster of the show eventually., if he’s rescued.

Regarding the Light of Day Institute, it was cool seeing all of those leadership qualities coming out Jason Stackhouse, traits no one knew he possessed, including himself. I knew something between Jason and Sarah Newlin. It was only a matter of time.
