Unbroken‘s plot synopsis: based on the book by Laura Hillenbrand, “Taking place in 1943, Unbroken begins with Zamperini’s Air Force plane crashing in the Pacific. He survived without food and water for 47 days, enduring shark attacks, aerial attacks, and hunger before washing ashore on a Japanese island behind enemy lines. After washing ashore he was held as a prisoner of war for two years and tortured by his captors.”

Unbroken also stars Alex Russell, Luke Treadaway, Spencer Lofranco, John D’Leo, John Magaro, Sean O’Donnell, Morgan Griffin, Vincenzo Amato, Maddalena Ischiale, and C.J. Valleroy.
