1922 Trailer

Zak Hilditch‘s 1922 (2017) movie trailer stars Thomas Jane, Molly Parker, Dylan Schmid, Brian d’Arcy James, and Kaitlyn Bernard. 1922‘s plot synopsis: “1922 is based on Stephen King’s 131-page story telling of a man’s confession of his wife’s murder. The tale is told from the perspective of Wilfred James, the story’s unreliable narrator who admits to killing his wife, Arlette, with his son in Nebraska. But after he buries her body, he finds himself terrorized by rats and, as his life begins to unravel, becomes convinced his wife is haunting him.”

Stephen King storylines are never simple. There is usually always a twist in someway, shape, or form. 1922 is no different but its the nature of that twist and the setting of this story that set it apart. Thomas Jane is a chameleon when it comes to inhabiting and bringing characters to life, as any good actor wants to be. I am looking forward to watching him play someone deplorable.
