BATMAN vs. SUPERMAN (2016): 1st Batman (Ben Affleck) & Batmobile Image

Ben Affleck First Batman Image from Man of Steel 2. The first official movie photograph of Ben Affleck as Batman in Batman vs. Superman (2016) has been released for the Zack Snyder directed. The Man of Steel 2 picture also features our first look at the redesigned Batmobile. It looks like the classic Batman costume is being utilized for the sequel film. I still believe The Tumbler is the best Batmobile to date, far more functional and useful than any other Batmobile to date, including the tank Batmobile in Batman: The Dark Knight Returns.

On the film:

The new film is currently being written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder are producing, with Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Wesley Coller, David S. Goyer and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.

The film is set to open worldwide on May 6, 2016, and is based on Superman characters created by Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster, Batman characters created by Bob Kane, and Wonder Woman created by William Moulton Marston, appearing in comic books published by DC Entertainment.

Batman vs. Superman also stars Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey, Tao Okamoto, Tj Norris, and Ray Fisher.
