BUCKWILD (2013) TV Show Trailer: MTV West Virginia Reality TV Series

Buckwild MTV

Buckwild Trailer. MTV‘s Buckwild (2013) TV show trailer is a new reality TV series set in Sissonville,West Virgina. Buckwild plot synopsis: “‘BUCKWILD’ is a new series following a group of nine young, carefree and adventurous friends living in West Virginia…Having known each other for years, the young people in the series are united by the deep pride they have for small-town American life, in which they find unique ways to create their own fun. From transforming a dump truck into a pool party to building a human sling shot, they live their lives loud and proud without restrictions. Beyond dating, friendship, and their love of mudding, the bond they share with family and friends is always at the core for this fun-loving group. “

This new MTV show seems to have elements of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. I do not know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Virginia Senator Jo Manchin thinks it is a bad thing. “In a letter to MTV President Stephen Friedman, Manchin wrote that he was “repulsed” by the show, which, according to MTV,  chronicles the ‘colorful antics of a group of friends just out of high school in rural West Virginia’ and has already been referred to as ‘the Jersey Shore of Appalachia.’
