CRIMSON PEAK (2015): Four Brand-New Character Posters

Four Brand-New Character Posters for Crimson Peak

Four All-New Character Posters for Crimson Peak Have Been Released. The new film by Guillermo del Toro has four all-new character posters. Crimson Peak‘s core cast is made of Tom HiddlestonJessica ChastainMia Wasikowska, and Charlie Hunnam, all of whom now have all-new character posters.

We reported on Guillermo del Toro’s Crimson Peak a few weeks ago, when character posters were released for each main character. This seems like deja-vu, as we are essentially reporting on the same story here. However, these posters are far more interesting. They’re in the same style as the ones released a few weeks ago, but infused with some of the themes/story elements we’ll surely encounter once seeing this film. It’s all still very mysterious, and I’m happy about that.

I hope del Toro knocks this one out of the park. I’ve been following him since The Devil’s Backbone, and have always wanted him to reach those heights again. I’m hoping for a perfectly constructed gothic horror film, the perfect amount of period-piece unease, a tone of continuous dread and a serious threat that doesn’t turn out to be a misunderstood presence.

We’ll have to wait and see! For now, take a look at these brand-new character posters and let us know what you think below in the comments section!
