Demolition Trailer. Jean-Marc Vallée‘s Demolition (2016) movie trailer stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Naomi Watts and Heather Lind. Demolition‘s plot synopsis: “A successful investment banker struggles after losing his wife in a tragic car crash.”
Jake Gyllenhaal has entered a realm of actors that not only grabs the attention of movie buffs, upcoming actors in constant search of inspiration, or celebrity gawkers, but the venerable ‘household’ label. My mom knows Jake Gyllenhaal now. Kids in the 6th grade know his name. My girlfriend loves him. And good for Gyllenhaal – he deserves it, and its no wonder that he’s now entered this aforementioned new level. After the string of films he’s done in the past five years, hopping around from genre to genre, he seems to have covered all possible bases (except maybe a horror film wherein he’s the antagonist).
In any case, we now have a glimpse at his newest project, Demolition, and it looks fantastic. Have a look!
