THE DARK KNIGHT RISES (2012): Prologue, 6-Minute Opening Scene

Tom Hardy, The Dark Knight Rises

The Dark Knight Rises Prologue, 6-Minute Opening Scene. The 6-Minute prologue for The Dark Knight Rises (2012), its opening scene, like many have said, is exhilarating. There are some major spoilers after this so if you want to remain pure, stop reading now. *Spoiler* The opening scene is much like Renny Harlin‘s from Cliffhanger, mid-air breathlessness and a robbery of sorts. Like that film, what is stolen has much to do with the plot of the film (I believe). What is placed in the plane must have much to do with it as well. The music for the scene is very good, like the dialogue: “Have we started the fire?”, “The fire rises.”  *Spoiler End*

We have also posted The Dark Knight Rises (2012) Movie Trailer Bootleg / Trailer Description and The Dark Knight Rises (2012) Teaser Trailer.

  • Martin Bean

“If I remove [your mask] will you die?”
“No. But it’ll be very painful. For you.”

    Brilliant.

  • Two of my favorite lines from the prologue.

Holy shit! Bane totally kicks ass. Can’t wait

They really fucked the character Bane in B&R. He’s not suppose to be a non-talking retarded puppet. This is really how I would describe Bane. Great job Nolan (and Hardy)

  • Lets all forget about Batman and Robin. They did a great job with Bane in The Dark Knight Rises and kept his intelligence intact.

  • Holy shit is right….

  • The film is going to be good.

  • i wish i could understan bain

  • bla bla bla bla brother? we started a fire….. bla bla bla bla bla

  • Its a bootleg. What do you expect?

i saw nothing exciting about this 7 minute scene …im still not convinced that bane was the right main villian to use for the movie..the villian was made up only 27 years ago,i was 13 years old..i never really liked the villian..im interested in the catwoman mainly but of course nolan casted the wrong actress and the wrong costume.. the one villian im looking foward to seeing this ras al gul ,even though hell only be seen at the end of the movie for a brief 5 minutes..the movie will be very good because of the plot which ive already read most of it from a resourse i cannot disclo ,but will not make or even come close to the dark knight

  • The age of Bane as a character means nothing. He was chosen for a reason. As was Hathaway as Catwoman.

Do not post spoilers unless you label them first, clearly. Do no spoil the film for people.

  • Michael Compton

Bane’s first appearance was in 1993, which is 19 years ago in Vengeance of Bane, not 27 years ago
