10 CLOVERFIELD LANE (2016) Movie Trailer: J.J. Abrams-Produced Human Monster Thriller

Mary Elizabeth Winstead John Goodman John Gallagher Jr. 10 Cloverfield Lane

10 Cloverfield Lane Trailer and Poster. Dan Trachtenberg‘s 10 Cloverfield Lane (2016) movie trailer, movie poster star Mary Elizabeth Winstead, John Goodman, and John Gallagher Jr.. 10 Cloverfield Lane‘s plot synopsis: “The majority of the movie takes place in an underground cellar, and revolves around a young woman who wakes up in the cellar after a severe car accident and fears she has been abducted. Her captor, a doomsday prepper, tells her he saved her life and that there has been a terrible chemical attack that has left the outside uninhabitable. She does not know what to believe and as tensions rise, she decides she must escape, regardless of the terrors that await outside.

This trailer is excellent, well-crafted. The actual connection to Cloverfield seems tenuous but the film and the acting look good. The trailer didn’t show you everything, didn’t show you what was outside the glass in the door. That was a good hold-back.
