1883 stars Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Isabel May, LaMonica Garrett, Billy Bob Thornton, James Landry Hebert, Sacha Seberg, Eric Bear, Andrew Heideman, Wayne Garner, Candice Faith Knight, Barry Williams, Neal Kodinsky, Krisztian Kery, Alex Fine, and Stephanie Nur.

Taylor Sheridan directed ten episodes and Christina Voros directed four episodes of 1883. Brian Tyler created the music for the TV series.

1883 will be executive produced by Sheridan, John Linson, Art Linson, David Glasser, David Hutkin, and Bob Yari.

1883‘s plot synopsis: “From Academy Award nominee Taylor Sheridan, co-creator of Yellowstone, 1883 follows the Dutton family as they embark on a journey west through the Great Plains toward the last bastion of untamed America. It is a stark retelling of Western expansion, and an intense study of one family fleeing poverty to seek a better future in America’s promised land — Montana.”
