Plot Synopsis

A Quiet Place: Part II‘s plot synopsis: “Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.”

The 30-second sneak peek… begins with a pair of feet walking on a narrow pathway filled with sand. It’s in the middle of a forest.

When the sandy pathway comes to an end the camera suddenly pans up to reveal Emily Blunt with her children behind her. (They are again played by Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe.) Blunt stops immediately, then turns back to look at her children with a worried expression on her face. Her daughter nods her head, like to say “we have to go on. We have no choice.” So, just as Blunt is about to step on some leaves and branches, the dialogue-free clip cuts to the title card.
