Chad Coleman To Play New Villain in Fifth Season of Arrow. It looks like Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) is about to face a different kind of enemy coming into the new season of Arrow as former The Walking Dead star Chad Coleman has been cast as recurring villain Tobias Church.

IGN exclusively broke news that Tyreese himself Chad Coleman will be playing the new gangster in town looking to pick up the pieces from Damien Darhk. His character is reportedly described as “an imposing gangster looking to unite the various criminal enterprises in Star City under his own singular command.” They also say that the character will be debuting in the season premiere.

Fans may be familiar with Chad Coleman during his time on AMC’s The Walking Dead as Tyreese and also gain recognition as Dennis ‘Cutty’ Wise on HBO’s The Wire. He’s also made a recurring appearance on Syfy’s The Expanse.
