In the featurette, actors and actresses in the film talk about what The Avengers and other characters in the film have lost. Chris Evans, goes on to say that The Avengers have never lost. I would say that is not entirely true. When Scarlett Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) used her magic on all of The Avengers in Age of Ultron, utilizing their worst fears and pasts against them, The Avengers were certainly knocked down onto one of their knees.
