Avengers: Infinity War Trailer

The first official movie trailer for Avengers: Infinity War (2018) has been released by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The film trailer for Avengers: Infinity War Is everything that the viewer would expect from the third The Avengers film and then some. Thanos (Josh Brolin) and his monologue owned almost the entirety of the trailer. What Thanos had to say projected a great sense of foreboding in what happened on-screen and what had yet to happen on-screen.

There were many surprises in this trailer, the majority of them being which superheroes showed up in the trailer, whether that was during the main body of the trailer or at its very end. One of the biggest surprises was watching Thanos acquiring some of the Infinity Stones.

I have not seen Justice League yet, and I have no plans to based on the hilarious reviews that I have seen where the film is ripped apart, but it seems that Avengers: Infinity War is far less CGI based than Justice League. This is most notable in the environments that are present in Avengers: Infinity War. 99% of the time, The Avengers and the people fighting with them are in real world environments and not on a green screen. The viewer can see that in the locations showcased in this trailer.

The new look for some of the characters in Avengers: Infinity War, e.g. Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), and Spider-Man (Tom Holland), were cool to look at but it was their actions (though limited since this was only a trailer) that was of most interest.

The leaked trailer for Avengers: Infinity War that was shown at the 2018 Disney D23 Expo and the San Diego Comic-Con International contains a few alternate scenes not featured in this trailer.

Anthony Russo, Joe Russo‘s Avengers: Infinity War also stars Chadwick Boseman, Danai Gurira, Chris Pratt, Chris Hemsworth, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan, Zoe Saldana, Benedict Cumberbatch, Pom Klementieff, Tom Holland, Peter Dinklage, Josh Brolin, Brie Larson, Vin Diesel, Karen Gillan, and Bradley Cooper.

Avengers: Infinity War’s plot synopsis: based on the limited comic book series, “As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.”
