BOOMER! The Chief fraked up. The Chief fraked UP. She played him. Boomer played him hardcore. Battlestar Galactica Season 4, Ep. 16 – Deadlock could have easily been called The Day of Boomer. It was not all an act between The Chief and Boomer (anyone could see that) but if the crew ever finds out what Chief Galen Tyrol did, which they will because Boomer could not have gotten out of the cell without help and The Chief was there during the blackout. Also, who else would have helped her on the ship but him and who could have gotten a body in the cell but The Chief. It will all lead back to The Chief. Boomer left him with a big jackpot. Boomer’s character has certainly changed. At first I thought this episode was going to be lame with Thrace and the piano but I was wrong. The volume was quickly turned up. Now Brother Cavil will know the exact location of the fleet and he has Hera. Galactica can not jump to a new location because of the damage to the hull and its all The Chief Tyrol’s fault. The guilt he must be feeling is most-likely monstrous in size.

Looks like the crew of the Galactica will have to be moved over to the Base Ship with the damage done by Boomer’s exciting escape. It is certainly big enough. That seems like their only option right now. If there were habitable planets in the area, the original inhabitants of Earth probably would have colonized them instead of going half way across the galaxy (unless they were being chased that is). What did you think of Battlestar Galactica Season 4, Ep. 16 – Deadlock?
