Box Office August 30-September 1, 2013. One Direction: This is Us premiered in the Number One spot at the box office over the weekend with $17 Million. Lee Daniels’ The Butler was Second with $14.7 Million. We’re the Millers was Third with $12.6 Million for $109.5 Million so far. Planes was Fourth with $7.7 Million. Instructions Not Included premiered in Fifth Place with $7.5 Million. Elysium, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, The World’s End, Getaway (which premiered this weekend), and Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters rounded out the top ten respectively.

One Direction: This Is Us (also referred to as 1D3D) is a 2013 British-Irish 3-D concert film centering on the boy band One Direction.

Instructions Not Included is a 2013 Mexican comedy-drama film starring and directed by Eugenio Derbez.

Getaway is an American action thriller film starring Ethan Hawke, Selena Gomez and Jon Voight. Directed by Courtney Solomon and written by Gregg Maxwell Parker and Sean Finegan, the film is distributed by Warner Bros., the last Dark Castle Entertainment film to be released by Warner Bros. Pictures, as Universal Pictures took Dark Castle over in 2013. Though originally reported to be a remake of the 1972 film The Getaway, the film is actually an original story.
