Box Office May 11-13, 2012. The Avengers premiered in the Number One spot at the box office this weekend with $103.1 Million for $373.1 Million so far. Worldwide, The Avengers has made $1.002 Billion so far. Dark Shadows premiered in Second Place with $28.8 Million. Think Like a Man was Third with $6.3 Million. The Hunger Games was Fourth with $4.4 Million for $386.9 Million so far. The Lucky One was Fifth with $4 Million. The Pirates! Band of Misfits, The Five-Year Engagement, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel,  Safe, Chimpanzee, and Girl in Progress rounded out the top ten respectively.

Dark Shadows is a 2012 American horror comedy film based on the 1966–1971 gothic horror soap opera of the same name. The film is directed by Tim Burton and stars Johnny Depp as Barnabas Collins, a 200-year-old vampire, and Michelle Pfeiffer as his cousin Elizabeth Collins Stoddard, a reclusive matriarch of the Collins family.
