Mourning the passing of Vesper is good for business. Quantum of Solace premiered this weekend at box office in the Number One spot with $70.4 Million. That is the biggest opening for a Bond film ever. Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa was Second with $36.1 for a total of $118 Million. Role Models was Third with $11.7 Million. In Fourth Place this weekend was High School Musical 3: Senior Year with $5.8 Million for a total of $84.3 Million. Changeling was Number Five with $4.2 Million. Zack and Miri Make a Porno, Soul Men, The Secret Life of Bees, Saw V and The Haunting of Molly Hartley rounded out the top ten respectively.
