Box Office October 9-11, 2015. The Martian was Number One at the box office for the second week in a row over the weekend with $37 Million for $108 Million so far. Hotel Transylvania 2 was Second for the second week in a row with $20.3 Million for $116.8 Million so far. Pan premiered in Third Place with $12 Million. The Intern was Fourth for the second week in a row with $11.6 Million. Sicario was Fifth with $7.6 Million. Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, The Walk, Black Mass, Everest, and The Visit rounded out the top ten respectively.

Pan is a 2015 British-American-Australian 3D fantasy adventure family film directed by Joe Wright and written by Jason Fuchs. The film is a prequel to Scottish author J. M. Barrie’s Peter Pan story, first staged in 1904. It stars Hugh Jackman, Garrett Hedlund, Rooney Mara, and Levi Miller as the title character. It is an invented origin story of Peter Pan and Captain Hook.
