The District 9 Movie Trailer has been released and gives far more exposition than the teaser trailer for District 9 does. Why the hell would you play and fiddle with an alien container (which resembles a pipe bomb) you picked up inside the home of an alien within a alien quarantine zone? The differentiating aspect of District 9 is that aliens are not the aggressors (finally!), they are the victims of human greed. Greed for advanced technology, the ability to traverse the stars as easily as the aliens are able to, and of course, their advanced weaponry. Is it me or does this remind anyone of Alien Nation, the television show I mean, not the feature film? Check out the District 9 movie trailer below.
