Fear the Walking Dead: The Unveiling/ Children of Wrath Trailer & Clip

AMC‘s Fear the Walking Dead ‘The Unveiling/ Children of Wrath’ trailer & clip stars Kim Dickens, Frank Dillane, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Colman Domingo, Mercedes Mason, Danay Garcia, and Rubén Blades. Guest stars include Daniel Sharman, Sam Underwood, Michael Greyeyes, Lisandra Tena, Jesse Borrego, Heidi Pascoe, Michael William Freeman, Dominic Bogart, Nathan Sutton, and Dayton Callie.

The mid-season finale, to season 3 of Fear the Walking Dead, seems to have come relatively fast. Does this mean I’ve been having fun? Probably not; but it has been the best season, so far, in my opinion – that should count for something.

A lot of dominoes have been set up, thus far, and the 2 hour mid-season ender looks to be knocking at least a few over. Jake-from-State-Farm (Sam Underwood), and runaway tag-along, Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey), get into the Devil-in-the-details insurance, with Walker (Michael Greyeyes); Troy (Daniel Sharman) resorts to ‘the best defense;’ some paper cuts happen – the usual risks of high tension negotiations.

Somewhere along the way, Nick (Frank Dillane) opts to keep Troy ‘closer,’ by employing all the tricks of trade he picked up, from his mother’s school counselor days. Those lessons did not stick, clearly – his efforts, at both projection & guilt pressure, had all the subtlety of a Russian tractor; but Troy went along, anyway

On a side note: AMC seems thoroughly unconcerned about cast spoilers, this season; so I got no reason to be. Never mind the cast list – the trailer pretty much gives the game away, regarding another MIA cast member (that just happens to be related to the last missing cast member – go fig).

‘The Unveiling/ Children of Wrath’ airs Sunday, Jul. 9, at 9:00pm EST, on AMC.
