The Flash Flash Back Images. The CW’s The Flash Season 2, Episode 17: Flash Back TV show trailer stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Carlos Valdes, Danielle Panabaker, and Jesse L. Martin. Barry attempts to go back in time to seek his former enemy’s help backfires.

In the trailer for next week’s episode ‘Flash Back’, Barry (Grant Gustin) heads back in time and masquerades as his earlier self to seek out his former mentor Harrison Wells/Eobard Thawne (Tom Cavanagh) to learn more on how to get faster in order to defeat Zoom. Things don’t go as planned as Barry must face a familiar foe in the form of Hartley Rathaway (Andy Mientus) and also his old friend Eddie Thawne (Rick Cosnett). We also see in the trailer a shadowy figure lurking whenever Barry’s around. Perhaps it’s Black Flash from the comics? What do you guys think?
