Two new TV show commercials for Game of Thrones: Season 8 have been released by HBO. They are titled ‘Survival’ and ‘Together’ respectively. The ‘Survival’ TV spot features bits of new footage but it is Jamie Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau)’s voice-over that is one of the most powerful elements when blended with the visuals. The ‘Survival’ TV promo is the most theatrical of the two TV spots in its look and its feel. Old friends and enemies come together with a highly effective voice over from Jon Snow (Kit Harington).

Game of Thrones: Season 7 starred Maisie Williams, Sophie Turner, Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage, Lena Headey, Jim Broadbent, Tom Hopper, Megan Parkinson, Ed Sheeran, Pilou Asbaek, Rory McCann, Hannah Murray, Aidan Gillen, Richard Dormer, Ben Crompton, Diana Rigg, Liam Cunningham, Carice van Houten, Indira Varma, and John Bradley.

Additions for Game of Thrones‘ cast during Season 8 included Harry Grasby and Seamus O’Hara.
