Fox has released the TV show trailer and TV Show featurette for episode 2 of Season 3 of Gotham. In the promo, The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) is clearly using the rise of the monsters of Indian Hill to his own advantage. He is advancing himself and his agenda on the backs of the villains led by Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith).

Gotham: Season 3, Episode 2: Mad City: Burn the Witch‘s plot synopsis: “Fish Mooney (guest star Jada Pinkett Smith) takes matters into her own hands to locate Hugo Strange (guest star BD Wong), forcing Gordon to reluctantly team up with journalist Valerie Vale (guest star Jamie Chung) to find her. Penguin rises in popularity after criticizing the work of the GCPD and Bruce’s investigation of the Court of Owls is compromised. Meanwhile, Ivy Pepper (Maggie Geha) is reintroduced into Gotham city in the all-new “Mad City: Burn The Witch…”

The featurette shows the viewer the cause and effect of Ivy Pepper (Clare Foley)’s run-in with Indian Hill. Maggie Geha speaks on camera about her aspirations for the character while Ben McKenzie speaks about the future of the character.

Gotham: Season 3’s cast includes Camren Bicondova, Cory Michael Smith, Robin Lord Taylor, Ben McKenzie, BD Wong, Donal Logue, Michael Chiklis, Sean Pertwee, David Mazouz, Erin Richards, Jessica Lucas, Drew Powell, Maggie Geha, Clare Foley, Morena Baccarin, Chris Chalk, and Benedict Samuel.
