Halloween Trailer 2

Universal Pictures has released the second movie trailer for Halloween (2018). This horror film looks as though it will be very entertaining but I have two questions: In the land of automatic weapons that is America, why doesn’t Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) have an AR-15 instead of pump-action weapons and single shot long rifles? And where is her body armor? You might need that if your target is prone to using edged weapons and constantly resurrects within the same body after being killed.

I love how in some of the original films, the adults thought the kids were crazy when they spoke of Michael Myers. Now the adults think that Laurie Strode is crazy. She may in fact be crazy, especially since she stayed in the slaughterhouse (the original town where the serial kills happened) and didn’t move out of the country (oh logic, where for art thou?).

Halloween‘s plot synopsis: “Laurie Strode comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.”

David Gordon Green‘s Halloween also stars Judy Greer, Jamie Lee Curtis, Virginia Gardner, Nick Castle, Will Patton, Toby Huss, Miles Robbins, Jefferson Hall, Haluk Bilginer, Andi Matichak, Omar J. Dorsey, Christopher Allen Nelson, James Jude Courtney, Dylan Arnold, and Drew Scheid.
