THE HEXECUTIONERS (2015) Movie Trailer: Euthanizer Liv Collins Summons Cult

The Hexecutioners Trailer

Jesse Thomas Cook‘s The Hexecutioners (2015) movie trailer stars Liv Collins, Sarah Power, Timothy Burd, Ari Millen, and Barry Flatman. The Hexecutioners‘ plot synopsis: “Two disparate young women working for a company that conducts euthanasia are dispatched to a remote estate to perform a custom assisted-suicide ritual, but unwittingly summon the wraiths of a Death Cult that once inhabited the property.”

For this particular horror genre, I have only seen a few examples of in recent years, Kill List being at the top of that list. The concept around which this film is based is good – legal euthanasia of human beings and a company that facilitates this service.

Sanctioned euthanasia is a full blown industry and Malison is just starting to get her feet wet at her new job. After a rough start she is paired up with seasoned veteran Olivia and together they head out to the remote estate of Milos Somborac. Somborac is on his deathbed and wishes to shuffle his mortal coil a very specific if not peculiar way.

I think that will be emphasized at the beginning of the film before shifting into the spooky and then the cult material at the mid to later half of the second act of the film.
