KARA (2016) Short Film: Joe Sill’s STAR WARS Movie starring Andra Nechita

Kara Short Film. Joe Sill‘s Kara (2016) short film stars Andra Nechita, Peter Arpesella, Daniela Flynn, Dean Amstutz, and Mark Kinsey. Kara‘s plot synopsis: Kara and her Father live on a desert when the war between the First Order and the rebels lands on their doorstep.

I didn’t know what to expect from this unofficial Star Wars fan film. That turned out to be a good thing because the ending of this short film has numerous implications.  The namesake of the film can go either way depending on future tutelage. Since she is surrounded by ‘good’ people, I imagine she will lean towards the former than the latter. You will understand what I mean once you see the film and its ending.

Kara, produced by Whitelist Production, also stars Victor Silva, Marcus Holt, Milton Hunt, and Rob Csorba.
