Kill Your Friends Movie Trailer. Owen Harris‘s Kill Your Friends (2015) movie trailer stars Nicholas Hoult, Ed Skrein, James Corden, and Rosanna Arquette. Kill Your Friends plot synopsis: “An A&R man working at the height of the Britpop music craze goes to extremes in order to find his next hit.”

Nicholas Hoult has been acting for a long time, but he’s only truly become his own man in the past few years. Now that he’s an actual adult who can pass for a leading man, it seems he’s leaning into that lane. This really feels like the first time Hoult is his own man, leading a film, and looking “cool” in the traditional sense. It’s an energetic, brash trailer, and Hoult pulls off the rough and tumble attitude, casual cigarette smoke and London-speak. Here’s hoping the movie is as fun as the trailer!
