Mama Short Film. Andres Muschietti‘s Mama (2008) short film, with a Guillermo del Toro introduction, stars Victoria Harris, Irma Monroig, and Berta Ros. Mamá‘s plot synopsis: “Litle Victoria is waken up by her sister Lili who insists on leaving the house because somebody unpleasant has come back”.

After watching this, I have to ask: where is the family loyalty? In case you did not know, the Mamá short film is the precursor to the Mama motion picture that will be released in January 2013. Obviously, the plot to the short film has been drastically expanded to fill a full length film.
