METAL HURLANT CHRONICLES: Red Light, Cold Hard Facts Teaser Trailers

David Belle, Metal Hurlant Chronicles, Red Light

The Metal Hurlant Chronicles Red Light and Cold Hard Fact Teaser Trailers have premiered. Apparently the new 2010 TV Show series is a french production and a pilot episode is already completed. The 12-episode first season are currently in production and “will be finished just after the end of 2011…[and the show is already] pre-sold…in more than 20 territories, including Italy, Germany, Poland and Russia.” The new Heavy Metal / Metal Hurlant TV Show series is “being produced by We Productions, who have teamed up with publishing house United Humanoids. All the episode are to be directed by Guillaume Lubrano and they will be in both English and French to appeal to more markets…each half-hour will cover one or two stories adapted from the original graphic novels.” The first episode of the series stars Guy Amram, David Belle, and Jean-Yves Berteloot.  What I liked most of what I have seen so far from this is the asteroid hurtling through space toward Earth that caused all the problems in the original 1981 Heavy Metal movie. I’m glad to see it present in the promo trailers. Check out the  Metal Hurlant Chronicles TV Show series teaser trailers below and leave your thoughts on them.
