AMC‘s Preacher: Season 2 TV show trailer 3 stars Dominic Cooper, Ruth Negga, Joseph Gilgun, Noah Taylor, and Pip Torrens. Preacher: Season 2’s plot synopsis: “a genre-bending thrill ride that follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Academy Award nominee Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God and are thrust into a twisted battle spanning Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.”

The world of Preacher has certainly expanded since the first season of the AMC TV adaptation. Glimpsed previous in the first two teaser trailers for Season 2, the main characters have left the small town behind and in its place, the world.

Seeing Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper) using the power Genesis on the unsuspecting was very entertaining. Even more entertaining were the new characters from the comic book series that showed up on-screen.

Preacher: Season 2 also stars Julie Ann Emery, Malcolm Barrett, Ronald Guttman, and Justin Prentice.
