Shane Black Unveils Cast for The Predator

Production has officially begun for the long anticipated The Predator, and director Shane Black marked the occasion with a photo of the main cast. You can see the actors who are taking part in the next chapter of the Predator franchise, including Boyd Holbrook and Olivia Munn.

Shane Black shared a pic on his Twitter page for his upcoming film The Predator, which began filming this week. The sci-fi action will feature most of the cast in this photo, including Sterling K. Brown, Trevante Rhodes, Boyd Holbrook, Olivia Munn, Keegan-Michael Key, and Jacob Tremblay. It seems to us that these guys areready to suit up and kick some alien butt. On top of that, Black also revealed that the film would be a R-rated sequel so expect to see some blood and gore when they take on the extraterrestrial alien warrior.

The Predator would mark the fourth film in the popular franchise that started with Predator in 1987. The last film, Predators, came out in 2010 to mixed reviews from critics and audiences. The new movie would be the second time in the franchise to be utilizing an ensemble cast since Predators had a big cast in the film. According to writer Fred Dekker, the new film would reinvent the franchise. Here’s hoping that the new cast and director can bring the franchise back to what made it good in the first place.
