The full movie trailer (2:33 minutes long) will be posted later today (check back to see that) but this IMAX teaser trailer contains many of the new scenes and some of the footage to be found there. I think I might have to watch Aliens: Director’s Cut now to sate my desire to see this film.

Prometheus‘ cast also includes Patrick Wilson, Guy Pearce, Rafe Spall, Sean Harris, Kate Dickie, Emun Elliott, Vladimir ‘Furdo’ Furdik, and James Embree.

Watch the Prometheus IMAX teaser trailer below and leave your thoughts on it in the comments section. For more Prometheus photos, videos, and information, visit our Prometheus Page.  Prometheus opens in US theaters through the Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation on June 8, 2012
