Rogue One: A Star Wars Story International Trailer

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)’s international movie trailer has premiered. Along with most of the new footage from the second Rogue One: A Star Wars Story trailer, there are bits of footage from the first trailer intermingled throughout the trailer.

The new footage talks about the coded messaged intercepted. Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones)’s father Galen Erso (Mads Mikkelsen) is mentioned for the first time. There are some new battle scene shots.

There is also this new dialogue:

Jyn -“Are you with me?”

Cassian – “All the way.”

Jyn – “May The Force be with us.”

Seeing the team assembled as these words were spoken was the best moment of the trailer.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story‘s plot synopsis “In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.”
