THE FLASH: Doctor Light Coming in Season 2 [The CW]

Doctor Light to Arrive in Season Two of The Flash. You may remember Doctor Light being mentioned in S.T.A.R. Labs during season two of Arrow. Well, it won’t be the last time we hear it because it’s confirmed that a female version of the character will appear in The Flash’s second season.

After being mentioned during Arrow’s season two episode, ‘The Man Under the Hood’, fans can already suspect that Doctor Light would make an appearance someday on one of The CW’s DC slate of shows. We can finally say without a doubt that the character will show up at some point during The Flash’s second season. TVLine first gave word that showrunner Gabriel Stanton confirmed that the character Kimiyo Hoshi would appear during The Flash’s sophomore outing as the female Doctor Light.

Doctor Light was originally portrayed as a villain in the comics, but the female version shows Hoshi as a hero who gained her powers from the Anti-Monitor. There are still no details on whether it will be the same version or when in season two would Hoshi appear. What do you guys think of having Kimiyo Hoshi’s Doctor Light in The Flash?
