Thor: Ragnarok International Trailer 2

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures has released the second international movie trailer for Thor: Ragnarok (2017). I favor the tone in this trailer far more than any of the other trailer thus far released for Thor: Ragnarok. Instead of trying to mimic the tone and flavor of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Thor: Ragnarok established its own tone for the first two-thirds of this trailer.

Unlike the previous trailers, this trailer features Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch). Thor (Chris Hemsworth) appeared at the end of the first Doctor Strange film so it was no surprise that the good doctor turned up in this trailer. It seems that Doctor Strange has acquired the ability to read and tell other people their destiny.

The ending to Thor: Ragnarok was ruined by the beginning of the leaked Avengers: Infinity War trailer from the 2017 San Diego Comic-Con International. Luckily, there is no hint of Thor: Ragnarok‘s ending in this international trailer for Thor: Ragnarok.

Thor: Ragnarok also stars Cate Blanchett, Mark Ruffalo, Idris Elba, Tom Hiddleston, Jaimie Alexander, Anthony Hopkins, Karl Urban, Jeff Goldblum, Taika Waititi, Sam Neill, and Ray Stevenson.

Thor: Ragnarok‘s plot synopsis: “In Marvel Studios’ Thor: Ragnarok, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok – the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization – at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger – the Incredible Hulk!”
